Our Story

In 1979, Gina Luffy founded p.r.n. Health Service with the goal of helping seniors and persons with disabilities live better lives through personal, caring service that's tailored to their needs and is provided by highly qualified professionals.

Gina started the company while looking for a solution for her grandmother who lived alone and needed help. She had a stroke in her early seventies, so she required daily assistance in order for her to live her life with as much dignity as possible.

Since then, the desire to help her clients maintain a normal, independent lifestyle while receiving the best home health care possible has motivated her to continue investing in providing more services.

For over 35 years, p.r.n. Health Service has been dedicated in providing professional, qualified, and trustworthy home care and transportation services for clients in the Pittsburgh area.
